SHIPPING: Order by Sunday night = roasted and shipped Monday. Order by Wednesday night = roasted and shipped Thursday.  

FREE PICK UP: Reserve your roast and we'll notify you as soon as its out of the roaster.  Pick up M-F : 6am-noon.
